Terms of Service

These terms explain basic expectations for using the MethodMade Studio website and discussing potential services.

Last updated: July 2026

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general business and service information. It is not a binding proposal, quote, contract, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, security guarantee, or technical guarantee.

No client relationship from browsing or inquiry

Using the website, reading resources, submitting an inquiry, or exchanging initial messages does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services. A project begins only when scope, payment terms, access needs, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.

Services and proposals

All services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, revision limits, dependencies, and responsibilities should be confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement before work begins.

Pricing and availability

Website pricing and package descriptions are provided as general starting points. Final pricing, availability, scope, and timelines may change based on project needs, urgency, third-party costs, access requirements, and written agreement between the parties.

Third-party tools and costs

Third-party platforms, hosting, domains, email services, paid plugins, AI tools, automation services, subscriptions, usage fees, licensing, payment processors, and related vendor costs are billed separately unless included in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate information, approvals, content, credentials, business decisions, legal/compliance requirements, and stakeholder feedback needed to complete agreed work. Delays in access, information, or approval may affect timelines and outcomes.

Content, approvals, and compliance

Clients are responsible for confirming that content, claims, images, testimonials, policies, disclosures, and business practices are accurate and appropriate for their business. MethodMade Studio may help organize and improve content, but final approval remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Account access and security

Projects may require access to domains, hosting, email, websites, tools, automations, repositories, documents, or business systems. Access should be limited to what is needed for the work and may need to be removed, rotated, or updated after the engagement ends.

AI, automation, and technical tools

AI-assisted workflows, automations, integrations, and technical recommendations should be reviewed by humans and tested before relying on them. MethodMade Studio does not guarantee that third-party tools, AI systems, platforms, or integrations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or permanently available.

Payments, deposits, and scheduling

Deposits, retainers, milestone payments, due dates, refund terms, cancellation terms, and scheduling expectations should be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Work may be paused if required payments, access, decisions, or approvals are not provided.

Intellectual property and project materials

Ownership, licensing, use of templates, pre-existing materials, third-party assets, client-provided materials, source files, credentials, documentation, and final deliverables should be defined in writing for each engagement.

Portfolio use and confidentiality

Portfolio display, public case studies, testimonials, screenshots, and use of project work should be confirmed in writing when needed. Proprietary or confidential client work will not be publicly shared without appropriate permission.

External links and third-party services

This website may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or resources. MethodMade Studio is not responsible for third-party content, policies, pricing, availability, security, or practices.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MethodMade Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to website use, third-party tools, platform changes, outages, unsupported client changes, or services not confirmed in writing.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, services, tools, or business practices change. The updated date on this page will show when the terms were last revised.

Plain-English note

Scope should be clear before work begins.

The website describes available service options, but actual work should be confirmed in writing so expectations, deliverables, payment terms, access, ownership, approvals, and responsibilities are clear.
